When the weekend ends, the Langhe become a secret again
The roads between Neive and Barbaresco empty out, winemakers have time to tell you about their wines, and you can get a table with a view without booking weeks ahead.
We created the Midweek Escape for anyone who wants to treat themselves, or someone special, to a few days just for two: two nights in one of our rooms, an hour and a half of exclusive private spa and a bottle of Langhe wine waiting in your room.

- Offer valid for stays until Thursday 17 December 2026. Arrival Sunday to Wednesday, departure by Thursday. Not valid over the Immaculate Conception holiday (6–8 December).
- The package includes one private spa session of 1.5 hours for the whole stay. You choose the time slot when booking, subject to availability: 10:30, 12:30, 14:30, 16:30, 18:30 or 20:30. Extra sessions can be added at €35 per person.
- Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
The Langhe from Monday to Thursday: all the beauty, none of the crowds
- Wineries by appointment. Midweek, winemakers have more time for you. In Neive, a few minutes from us: Cantina Francone, Cantina Ressia, F.lli Cigliuti and the Castello di Neive. Nearby: Ca' del Baio in Treiso, La Spinetta in Castagnole delle Lanze and Ceretto in Alba. For the “underground cathedrals” of Alta Langa sparkling wine, Contratto in Canelli, a UNESCO heritage site.
- The villages of Barbaresco and Barolo. Climb the tower of Barbaresco, take in the view from the La Morra belvedere and discover the Barolo Chapel. Then the castles of Grinzane Cavour and Serralunga d'Alba.
- Alba white truffle. In autumn, a truffle hunt in the woods with the trifolao and his dog, and the Alba Truffle Fair without the weekend queues.
- Piedmontese cooking class. Handmade plin and tajarin, in our kitchen or in a workshop in Alba.
- Strada Romantica and the Big Benches. Scenic routes through the vineyards, by car or e-bike.
- Relaxed dinners. In Neive, meat cuts from the wood-fired grill at Umano and the panoramic terrace of Donna Selvatica. In Barbaresco, the Tastè osteria and Piedmontese Fassona beef at Campamac. Plus the Osteria delle Aie in Castagnito and the Michelin-starred La Ciau del Tornavento in Treiso.
Arriving by electric car or bike? We have EV charging on site (€0.60/kWh) and a corten-steel shed with a code where you can store and charge your e-bikes.

Is the spa really private?
Yes. For an hour and a half the spa is reserved for the two of you only: steam bath, emotional shower and Finnish sauna, with no other guests.
Which days can I choose?
The offer is valid for stays until Thursday 17 December 2026: arrival on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, for 2 nights. You can add a third night at a special rate. The package is not valid over the Immaculate Conception holiday (6–8 December).
Can I have a room with a fireplace?
Yes: Noccioleto, Quercia, Gelso and Vigneto have a working wood-burning fireplace. If you prefer a private steam bath in your room, choose the Olivo suite.
Why can't I find the package on Booking?
The Midweek Escape is reserved for guests who book directly with us. That is how we can include the spa and the wine.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes, it is available as a Gift Card: write to us and we will email it to you, ready to print.
Is there EV charging?
Yes, on site, at €0.60/kWh. For e-bikes there is a corten-steel shed with a code where you can store and charge them.
