Duration and payment

  • We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro) and Bancomat.
    To confirm your booking, we ask you to guarantee the details of a credit card (number and expiry date) that will not be charged (unless canceled with a penalty).
    Alternatively, we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation from the time of booking up to 15 days before the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
From 14 days before the arrival date up to 2 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the booked services.
From 1 day before the arrival date up to the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booked services.
In the event of a delayed arrival, no-show, or early departure, 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.
